NO.... ALL images MUST to designed by you or photos taken by you. OR you must have permission to use someone else's designs or portraits.

Personalized products are NON REFUNDABLE. If item is damaged or the wrong item is sent... we will ONLY reorder after you return the item. If you order the wrong size, NO refunds or reorders will be made. TO RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM... CONTACT US FOR THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE WILL REFUND PARCEL POST OR FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ONLY.
